Need Help on Integration of R/3 , BI and SAP SEM-BCS

Hi All SAP Gurus,

Please help me out how do I configure or integrate SAP R/3, SAP BI and SAP SEM-BCS. Please clear me the whole scenario. What is the work of BI consultant and FI consultant in these integration process?????
