Ok, let me talk about this project where
this project manager goes to the team members and keeps a tab on every task they do during the day. The project plan is
there.. but the team members really do not follow it.
Now, everyone seems to be doing their own stuff in this
project.. and ah yes.. it is following the “Three Way Model�!! So, people are demotivated… and seem to be making
little, if any progress!!
Make no mistake – this is one heck of a big project! Now this tam itself maybe like 20
odd folks! Just one module!
What is the best way to manage a project??? Best Practices in project managing a large
and complex projects…
