JOB TITLE: SAP Senior Systems Analyst - CRM
OVERVIEW:
The CRM Senior System Analyst provides
leadership in the process analysis, process and system design, systems development and configuration, and the implementation
of CRM business systems to support functional goals, objectives and needs. Develop and maintains the business systems and
application programs that enable the company’s business processes. Responsible for business process analysis/design,
systems analysis/design, systems configuration, and programming in one or more technical environments. Experience with SAP
CRM and R/3 SD required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent required in
Computer Science or related field
• 4 -10 years experience project management, business process analysis, systems
analysis and design, and technical solutions delivery (programming or configuration)
• APICS or CMA Certification
Desired
• Full life cycle implementation experience with 4-6 years of Accounting Integration Projects and 4-6 years
of SAP
• Must be flexible and have the competency to work in a highly matrixed environment
